QLIK BI BUSINESS ANALYST
Purpose and Scope/General Summary: We are looking for a Qlik BI Business Analyst who will report to the Corporate Operations Optimization Manager for the JBS Prepared Foods business unit at our Corporate office in Greeley, Colorado.
Responsibilities:
• Provide accurate, timely, and insightful information and analytics to the business utilizing Qlik and other Business Intelligence solutions
• Communicate directly with JBS Fed Prepared Foods business leadership to scope problem statements, provide estimated timelines for solution builds and routine updates throughout project build
• Build data visualization dashboards utilizing Qlik platform to provide solutions to problem statements established by the business
• Provide working knowledge of data flow between JBS operational systems.
• Generate routine (daily, weekly, monthly) reporting of business operational performance in the most efficient manner possible
• Collaborate with JBS IT while designing new reporting solutions, automating current reporting solutions, or trouble shooting report issues
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Finance, Agribusiness, Computer Science, Business Analysis or relevant field required
• 1+ years of experience in relevant role required
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Meat industry experience is a major plus
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel required
• Working knowledge of SQL or other programming language
• Experience in QlikView, Qlik Sense, or relevant data visualization software is desired
• As a salaried position with the company, you may be required to travel at some point to other facilities, to attend Company events, or as a representative of the Company in other situations. Unless otherwise specified in this posting, the amount of travel may vary and the most qualified candidate must be willing and able to travel as business needs dictate.
The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:
• Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;
• Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;
• 401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule;
• Base salary range of $75,000-$85,000; and
• Incentive Pay: This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program;

This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and takes into account various factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to a candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiencies for the role.
