The Fire TV 3P team is looking for a global Head of our product to lead the Product strategy and team for the Fire TV industry solutions and 3rd party engagements.
Our team is focused on bringing Fire TV to every device, with every manufacturer, building scalable global media experiences, focused on external services for 3P Manufacturers.
You will be a manager of managers, leading global product, program and engineering teams, establishing strategy and delivery to drive the overall strategy for this business. You will lead all aspects of product development, build high quality product teams and be responsible for a P&L. You will work with X-large global customers to create an architectural vision for scale and growth in a fast growing business.

Key job responsibilities
The Director of Product is responsible for leading all of the organization’s regular business cycles, including annual planning (OP1), executive level program reviews, goal-setting, as well as the delivery and review of product roadmaps across the service’s diverse set of customers.
A key part of this role requires close collaboration with other senior leaders across Amazon and the devices org, ensuring that Fire TVs 3P product strategy and program execution helps build toward innovative enterprise experiences, and spins Amazon’s flywheel.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• 15+ years driving large-scale products or programs
• 10+ years managing top-tier teams
• Ability to easily earn trust across all levels of an organization; has a reputation as such
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Executive-level product ownership including product definition, multiple release cycles, and adoption success.
• Technical skills and a track record of shipping high-performance software to a wide range of customers at high velocity
• Experience with completion of full enterprise product lifecycle (concept through GTM, including pricing and partner ecosystems)
• MBA or master’s degree in related discipline
• Finance related skills relating to P&L management

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $239,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $350,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
