Overview
The GPEX Transformation Analyst will be responsible to support all related workstreams for the designing and driving the continued expansion of an existing operating model across the LATAM Control organization with specific focus on the SoCo, Andean and CARICAM regions.
Qualifications for the role is focused on Program Manager experience, primarily experience of planning, scheduling, coordinating resources, escalation of issues, and creation of program materials
Responsibilities
- Support the longer term strategic vision and design for the SoCo, Andean and CARICAM Control organization, to elevate functional excellence by further leveraging GBS to make us more efficient and agile
- Support the Transformation Director in the expansion of activities to address LATAM Control’s business needs
- Plan, schedule, and facilitate working sessions to identify activities that can be centralized
- Document outcome of working sessions (i.e. materials that explain the design, shared capability areas, and optimal approach for leveraging centralization for operational efficiency and capability enhancement)
- Support the Design & Execution of Control’s GBS Operating Model across the SoCo, Andean and CARICAM regions
- Map existing work done across SoCo, Andean and CARICAM Control organziations (> 250HC)
- Support the Transformation Director in day to day activities for rolling out new/revised local roles and new structure in the SSC
- Assist in preparation of program documentation and regular updates
- Assist with recruiting and onboarding processes, monitoring transitions, addressing roadblocks, and identifying solutions
Compensation and Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $61,700 – $85,000 based on a full-time schedule
- Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
- Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 5% paid out Annually
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement

Qualifications
- Higher education degree in Business Management or Business Analytics
- Some level of IT or technology qualification is also an advantage
- Project Management experience is essential
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly document and explain business processes and automated solution designs and to present technical details to a non-technical audience
- Ability to communicate fluently in both Spanish and English
- Ability to use Tableau, Visio, as well as standard Microsoft tools (Powerpoint, Excel, Word)
- Willingness to travel 20% of the time
