FACE: Well-Being: EACH Project Supervisor (Temporary)

Salary range listed is the minimum and maximum STARTING salary. This is a grant funded position and ends with the grant in June 2028.

The primary responsibility of the EACH Project Supervisor is to oversee the daily operations of EACH Mental Health Service Professionals Demonstration grant and support mental health personnel, including internships, throughout the implementation of the program. Duties will include fiscal monitoring, scheduling, management oversight, oversight of internship programming and mental health partnerships. Co-facilitation of supervision for staff, project evaluation, and coordination with cooperative partners.

Support schools in the development of student learning readiness, including data analysis, problem solving and training on research based best practices. Coordinate communication, information, and resources to meet mental health, social and emotional needs of students in order to enhance student learning and achievement.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Possess a Master’s Degree and have an Indiana license with the behavioral health board; preferably a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Must have mental health background or relevant work experience in mental health within the education environment. Incumbent must have experience with proactive student supports, problem solving and best practices in mental health. Must have experience in working with at-risk populations and providing trainings and support to adults in an educational setting and parents around mental health. Must have strong presentation, interpersonal, planning, analytical, computer, organizational, data analysis, oral and written communications skills. Experience in a school setting preferred. Incumbents must possess knowledge of the comprehensive organization, operations policies and objectives of assigned department or area. Incumbents must possess a valid Indiana driver’s license.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate, train and facilitate professional learning activities for the development of student learning readiness including research of best practices, professional learning, data analysis, problem solving and evaluation.
  • Work collaboratively with supervisor & HR on placement of licensed therapist’s for internships and licensing support.
  • Analysis of individual student behavior intervention. Facilitate collaboration around data with stakeholders and evaluate best practices.
  • Provide consultation to staff, faculty, administration, parents, community partners, and others concerning student readiness to learn programming and services.
  • Support supervisor in evaluations of licensed therapists and outside resources/vendors.
  • Provide leadership in the development of the programs, services, activities, goals, objectives, plans, strategies, projects, processes and procedures for MTSS.
  • Perform related duties as assigned by the Administrators to meet the particular needs of the department and must demonstrate participation in and contributions to the goals of the district cross-functional teams.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Physical Demands – Must be able to push, pull, lift and carry over 15 pounds on occasion.
  • Working Conditions – Generally acceptable working environment with limited exposure to disagreeable elements. Exposure to such conditions may make working environment disagreeable or cause discomfort occasionally but has minor impact on personal safety and/or mental well-being.
  • Driving Requirement – This job description does require the incumbent to drive from building to building.
