Bulber – $16-$18 per hour

This is a Part-Time position at Six Flags Fiesta Texas, in San Antonio, TX. WHAT YOU WILL DO:
This position of Bulber provides commercial and industrial minor electrical equipment repair and preventative maintenance, including maintaining lighting fixtures and other services at Six Flags Fiesta Texas. Training provided.
HOW YOU WILL DO IT:
- Repair electrical and electronic equipment
- Complete facilities work order for light bulb replacements
- Install adequate temporary and/or permanent power for events and festivals throughout the season
- Assist with various electrical needs for new construction and remodeling projects as assigned
- Climb stairs or ladders to heights over 50ft while carrying tools and equipment and be able to use them
- People Skills: This requires positive interaction with employees and guests, promoting a “Service” atmosphere
- Cleanliness: This requires keeping the work location and the park clean and sanitary for guests and staff. Cleaning duties may require standing, stooping, and bending to pick up trash and debris
- Other tasks and duties as assigned
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Must be at least 18 years old with a High School diploma or equivalent
- Some electrical experience preferred, but not required. Training provided.
- Must have a proficiency in Microsoft applications including outlook, excel, and word for planning, communications, troubleshooting, and tracking
- Ability to work well with others
- Able to stand and walk for long periods of time outdoors in extreme heat/cold and sun
- Able to carry tools and lift at least 50lbs and be comfortable working at heights up to 50ft
- Must be able to work a rotating schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts as needed
- Must possess a valid Driver’s License with a good driving record
