Work you’ll do
The Strategic Campaign Manager serves as a trusted marketing advisor to his/her business leaders and key stakeholders. In this role, you will be responsible for developing best-in-class strategic marketing plans as well as overseeing campaign delivery.
This role supports the Regulatory & Legal Services marketing team with responsibilities to:
- Serve as an advisor to business and key stakeholders within the Legal business services offering
- Architect, maintain, and drive prioritization of marketing and communications campaigns
- Design, plan, and execute priority campaigns, utilizing integrated approach
- Use data and insights to develop marketing strategies that advance business priorities
- Provide innovative approaches and deliver best practices
- Collaborate with Tax and key alliances to develop and implement co-marketing plans
- Collaborate across the organization to design and deliver campaigns.
- Use data and metrics to refine campaigns
- Interface and be a trusted advisor to key business stakeholders
In general:
- Work closely with the business senior strategic marketers within Regulatory & Legal Services and Tax, Regulatory & Legal Services Alliances, in-house Green Dot Agency (GDA) and stakeholders to determine fiscal year marketing strategies for Legal Business Services (LBS) practice offerings.
- Keep a pulse on the competitive landscape for the business group
- Develop marketing plans and execute on corresponding campaigns and tactics in support of R&LS and Tax business priorities
- Collaborate across Marketing Excellence, especially the GDA, and other enabling areas in support of campaign activities and tactical management including:
- Development of strategic briefs (business cases) for planned marketing campaigns
- Facilitation of leadership/stakeholder approvals of marketing strategy, content, and deliverables
- Strategic campaign prioritization and efficient utilization of GDA/vendor resources resulting in part from calculated budget forecasting and management
- Oversight of the portfolio of campaigns and activities in alignment with business goals, including thought leadership, advertising, sponsorships, web optimization, collateral writing and design, and event execution
- Reporting on campaign success, insights, and leading practices using metrics and KPIs to inform future tactics

Qualifications include
Required:
- 9+ years of related experience in marketing, with a focus on marketing and communications strategy and planning
- Understanding of integrated marketing communications strategies and tactics and how they come together to provide measurable results
- Team oriented approach with ability to take initiative, prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet client expectations and deadlines across multiple projects
- Flexibility and adaptability and level of comfort with ambiguity and fluid priorities
- Strong project management skills
- Superior Microsoft Office skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with integrating various technologies to support marketing efforts
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related business field; Advanced degrees preferred
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills; flexibility and adaptability
- Executive presence, professional client service manner
- Ability to navigate in a highly matrixed organization with a virtual team, experience in large corporate setting and/or professional services a plus
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
- Ability to travel 15%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $84,300 – $173,300.
