Key Responsibilities
HJ Operational support
- Daily set up and break down of boutique for opening/closing
- Partner with Visual Merchandising in order to ensure correct displays, including but not limited to display labels for HJ/FJ/ Tradition
- Partner with Inventory Control on tagging HJ/FJ/Tradition
- Update and maintain HJ library (i.e. product news, books, etc.)
- Overall daily maintenance of the HJ stock
- Validate stock and stock rotation with HJ Department and other HJ boutiques
- Assist with Boutique projects as needed (inventory, organization, restocking of supplies, etc…).
Assist HJ sales team in achieving sales goals through exceptional client experience, relationship development and promotion of HJ category
- Uphold Cartier image by maintaining professional demeanor at all times and be an Ambassador for the Brand
- Interact with clients as needed and provide a consistent excellent client experience by maintaining the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism
- Prepare and assist in private viewing appointments with HJ sales team
- Follow-up and report about HJ sales including but not limited to in-business products, sales, events, CRM, etc.
- Valuation for clients for new sales with the HJ sales team
- Assist HJ team with data capture and all CRM related activities
- HJ event participation
- Independently and proactively resolve client issues
- Partner with all departments and colleagues to ensure superior client experience and contribute to a positive environment
- Consistent and thorough follow-up on client care service matters
- Provide regular product updates with boutique team
Knowledge and compliance
- Understand luxury and Cartier brand
- Develop a deep understanding and knowledge of full range of all products with a focus on HJ, FJ and Tradition categories
- Understand and comply with Cartier security and operational procedures (i.e. product handling, inventory control, etc.)
- Develop an understanding of the relevant marketplace and client demographic
- Remain current on industry news and competition
Brand Ambassador
- Uphold Cartier image by maintaining professional demeanor at all times and be an Ambassador for the Brand
JOB PROFILE
- 4-year College degree preferred
- Additional language skills (Mandarin, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Arabic) are a plus
GIA certification is a plus
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in luxury retail, service or hospitality environment is required
- Must be available to work retail hours including weekends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail store environment
- Good computer skills – Proficiency in Outlook, Excel and Windows is required, previous SAP experience preferred
- Must be able to stand on feet all day
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required
- Ability to interact with TOP VIP clients
- Natural interest and curiosity in HJ, FJ and Tradition product range as well as in the luxury industry
- Strong understanding of client (internal and external) priorities
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and with precision
- Ability to project an approachable and professional image in personal appearance, manner, and demeanor
- Team-Player approach
Expected base hourly range: $29 – $31/hr
Salary will be negotiated based on relevant skills and experience
