- The Regional Director is responsible for day-to-day development, safety, environmental cleanliness, and coordination with the COO for internal and external facility maintenance.
- The Director is required to be knowledgeable of the functional areas of the ASC and Clinic.
- Review and support the implementation of the recruiting, orientation, training, and personnel review programs to ensure supervisor and employee understanding of the company’s objectives and the importance of attitude, attendance, accuracy, appearance, and aptitude in achieving those objectives.
- Coordinates with surgeons, staff, CRNA, surgery coordinators, clinic, billing, and IT to maximize facility efficiency.
- Reviews facility’s financial health routinely and creates plans to reach facilities financial goals.
- Ensure Compliance with Company Policy and Procedures, CMS Conditions for Coverage, Washington State Laws, and AAAASF Standards while maintaining communication with CCO.
- Participate in QAPI and IP programs as assigned by CCO.
- Ensures facilities have the appropriate equipment and supplies to maintain operation.
- Review of facilities supplies and equipment needs for accuracy and compliance.
- Follows company policy and procedures, including Infection Prevention.
- Oversees handling of biohazard waste.
- Participates as a Safety Committee member and ensures regular safety meetings.
Requirements
- Demonstrate a high degree of management competency; including but not limited to leadership, collaboration, negotiation, motivational, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to adapt to various types of personalities.
- Demonstrate excellence in communication skills- demonstrated ability to convey ideas and information, verbally and in writing.
- Preferred three (3) to five (5) years of outpatient surgical or clinical experience that includes management or supervisor experience.
- Three (3) years minimum of supervisor/management experience.
- Preferred graduate of a college or university and/or accredited school of nursing or equivalent years of experience in a relevant field.
- CFI FMVA certification.
