As a Finance Specialist you will be responsible for timely and accurate keying/payment of vendor invoices, along with the preparation and distribution of payables and vendor reports. You will also be responsible for timely and accurate processing of purchase requests, purchase orders. You will apply the principles of bookkeeping/accounting to assist in the day-to-day operation of the Business Office.
Pay range for this position is 15.57-17.40 per hour

Qualifications
-Associates in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field required; Bachelor’s preferred.
– Minimum one year Finance experience
– Strong background in finance, principles of accounting, risk financing;
– Understanding of bank accounts, cash flow reports and insurance/risk financials
– Must have experience creating and manipulating spreadsheets and gathering financial data
– Must have excellent oral and written communication skills and organizational skills
-Must be at least 21 years of age
– Must possess and maintain valid driver’s license
