Summary
This position is to manage all Ops Admin team reporting needs including KPI, Tracking, Monitoring, and Ad-Hoc reports. The position will identify business needs, and design, develop, maintain the reports to support the needs. The position will analyze the data and produce summery information for leaders to incorporate into the operations decision makings.
Compensation
$50,000- $65,000 Per Year
Responsibilities
- Maintain all reports to ensure accuracy by refreshing, audit, analyze data using Power BI and Excel.
- Refresh and audit data validity for weekly Billing KPI reports and remediate inconsistency and completeness issues.
- Refresh and audit data validity for weekly billing (STD TP, PP, PIO, FSC) recon reports and remediate inconsistency and completeness issues.
- Refresh and audit data validity for weekly Claims KPI reports and remediate inconsistency and completeness issues.
- Refresh and audit data validity for monthly Claims damage reports and remediate inconsistency and completeness issue
- Analyze the report and produce periodic managerial summary.
- Analyze the weekly Billing reconciliation reports and produce overall trending and focus items for operational review and remediation implementation.
- Analyze the weekly Billing KPI reports and produce overall trending and focus items for operational review and remediation implementation.
- Analyze the weekly Claims KPI reports and produce overall trending and focus items for operational review and remediation implementation.
- Develop new reports to satisfy new business needs.
- Manage End to End new report report development process including Planning, Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Maintenance, and Change management.
- Report project status weekly to achieve timely completion.
- Produce Ad-Hoc reports as needed basis.
- Run PowerBI, ITMS, Excel, Access report as needed basis.
- Develop a plan to systematize the frequently requested reports
- Assist with billing operation as needed basis.
- Familiarize with Billing types and procedures to better data input process.
- Assist with Billing tasks as needed basis to prevent billing delays.
- Train other team members on reporting design and data gathering to better team’s understandings of report contents.

Qualifications
Skills
- Proficient verbal and written communication Required
- Intermediate BI reporting tool (PowerBI), SQL, and SDLC skills Required
- Proficient in, MS Excel, Access, Database knowledge Required
- Basic accounting concepts (General Ledger) knowledge Preferred
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree Required
- Three (3) Years of direct experience inBI Reporting, Database Management, SDLC Required
- Five (5) Years of direct experience inBI Reporting, Database Management, SDLC Preferred
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit in front of a desk and/or in front of the computer for long periods
