YOUR ROLE
- Full responsibility for Product Recommendations, New Product Demonstrations, and Troubleshooting for customers.
- Performs technical visits (meetings, audits, demonstrations, troubleshooting, etc.) at customers • Reports technical results and prepares customer presentations
- Works with application equipment to provide solutions to enhance customer adhesive related processes
- Collaborates with OEMs and Allied Suppliers.
- Supervises the laboratory work (including prioritization) for samples coming from customers, and report technical results to customers
- Quantifies, documents and reports Henkel solution’s value to customers
- Responsible for the technical training of field sales forces and customers
- May lead SBU and/or Regional specific projects. Contributes to project plans and helps the team to deliver project goals in timeframe requirements.
- May participate in Market Teams on a regional basis in targeted market area
- Promotes internally SBU innovations and successes via dedicated channels (e.g. social networks)
- May participate to industry associations.

The salary for this role is $80,000.00 – $120,000.00 This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
