The Project Coordinator is primarily responsible for assisting in the daily coordination of global projects derived from a team based in the US. This includes preparing and maintaining all projects for engagements and requests for proposals.
Essential Duties:
- Assist project manager and team leaders in executing on global projects that include engagements and requests for proposals, including documentation, budgets, implementation, training, and communication
- Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule for multiple engagements which includes administrative tasks and all key stakeholders
- Track project progress and identify and escalate project obstacles to project manager and communicate with other key stakeholders
- Schedule and attend meetings, including preparing meeting materials, presentations, developing agendas, preparing minutes in support of assigned projects, distributing meeting materials, and tracking follow-up and action items
- Initiate, develop and maintain communication with internal and external clients and vendors as appropriate
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
EDUCATION EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3-5 years’ experience
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
- Strong Microsoft Office skills with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint/Publisher
- Ability to prepare presentations including charts, graphics and tables, speaker notes & handouts, etc.
- Proactively communicates both verbally and written with diverse audiences
- Advanced Microsoft Office Skills
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree

- Demonstrates a working knowledge of the technology tools required within assigned responsibilities
- Self-starter with effective organization and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks within deadlines
- Strong attention to detail

Compensation Range: $50,000 – $85,700
