We have an exciting opportunity for a Reporting Manager to join a mega transit project in New York. Leveraging state of the art technology, this project will transform and modernize user experience in using public transit systems.
The Reporting Manager will be responsible for leading the production of program-level reporting, ensuring the required robustness and clarity, and adherence with the overall reporting structure and approved reporting calendar.
We’ll look to you to be flexible, knowledgeable, have excellent communication skills to work with various internal and external stakeholders. The Reporting Manager, as an integral part of the team, is required to work full time in a co-located office with the client and the PM team.
Key responsibilities will be:
Management and control of the Reporting function in the co-ordination, administration and timely production of monthly Project Board and Program Delivery Board reports and associated meetings
Ongoing review and updates to the Delivery Authority’s Reporting Strategy, including the management and development of program KPI reporting in conjunction with the Data Analytics function; ensuring alignment with the program’s Vision, Strategic Themes and Goals
Maintain the robustness of the reporting processes at Project & Program level so that reporting provides trusted data that is timely, accurate and high quality and contributes to effective decision making.
Engage with the Program Executive and the wider program team in the continued development of new reporting requirements and insights to ensure program needs are delivered and continuously improved, embrace the benefits of data driven reports drawing on industry best.

The base salary range for this position is $75,000 to $90,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
• Experienced in leading reporting in a business environment
• Excellent PowerPoint, Word and general Microsoft Office skills
• Ability to communicate information to peers/managers/client in a way that is understood by all
• Pro-active and able to thrive in a fast-past and dynamic environment
• Good attention to detail and experienced in analyzing Program Data
• Comfortable with challenging assumptions and processes in order to constantly improve the delivery of performance data
• Power BI experience
• Knowledge of engineering, procurement, forms of contracts and construction generally
