We are looking for an innovative and results driven Sr. Global Market Development Manager to help build and implement marketing strategies and programs for a robust portfolio of purification solutions for BioPharma customers. This is an exciting and evolving market that requires multifaceted and adaptable marketing efforts.
The candidate in this role will need to successfully work within a highly matrixed organization to develop and implement global, multi-channel marketing campaigns to achieve marketing and revenue targets. Demonstrated ability to optimize marketing efforts by channel, customer type, and funnel stage is required. Experience in team development, data driven decision making, and ability to move strategy to action will be key to success.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and drive a clear marketing strategy for the purification business. Responsible for areas including customer segmentation, competitor analysis, new product introductions, positioning & messaging, content and channel strategy, and creative execution.
- Lead and develop a successful team of marketing professionals.
- Manage the creation and execution of engaging marketing campaigns to generate awareness, drive demand, and increase customer loyalty.
- Collaborate and ensure alignment of business strategy and marketing plans among Product Management, Regional Marketing, Commercial Leaders, and other partners.
- Apply critical metrics to measure performance and effectiveness of marketing programs. Implement optimizations based on data-driven insights.
- Successfully engage with agencies to deliver high-quality assets, including creative direction and content for print and digital collateral, social media, customer-facing presentations, sales enablement tools, global tradeshow properties, and promotional materials.
- Actively engage and partner with digital marketing colleagues to leverage and optimize performance across digital channels.
- May perform other related duties as required and/or assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. MBA preferred
- 7-10 years of marketing experience with a demonstrated track record of defining marketing strategies that deliver results upon execution
- People management experience highly preferred.
- Competency in modern digital marketing including experience with digital, account based marketing, segmentation, B2B eCommerce, and multi-touch campaigns.
- Product launch experience highly preferred.
- Collaborative with past success working across heavily matrixed organizations.
- Self-motivated and driving force in current or past organziations.
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage short term deliverables concurrent with longer term strategic milestones.
- Outstanding verbal/written communication skills.
- B2B and life science/biopharma experience a plus.
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $120,000.00-$180,000.00.
This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy. We offer a comprehensive Total Rewards package that our U.S. colleagues and their families can count on, which includes:
