Position Summary:
The Warehouse Curriculum Coordinator provides support for the Academic Department and campuses in the area of distributing curriculum. The coordinator will develop a system of categorizing and inventorying curriculum returned from other campuses. This position works closely with the Curriculum Procurement Coordinator on filling curriculum orders from campuses. In addition, the coordinator supports the instructional team, virtual campus coordinator and the expansion team on the organization of curriculum. Some computer work is required from time to time for this position.
Education/Certification:
- High School diploma or GED
- Some College (preferred)
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
- Ability to demonstrate good judgment and diplomacy
- Basic computer skills using Google Suites and MS Office (Skyward familiarity a plus)
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and problem solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Ability to maintain effective working relationships
- Must be able to work independently and stay on task
- Must be able to lift boxes of up to 15-20 pounds
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Organize and Inventory curriculum stored in the warehouse
- Build relationships with the purchasing department to insure accuracy of IMA requisitions
- Work with the Curriculum Procurement Coordinator to facilitate packing and inventory of curriculum for campuses closing
- Assist new campuses with distribution of curriculum
- Develop of system of organization and categorizing curriculum in the instructional bays for subsequent orders
- All other related duties as assigned
