PAY RANGE: $23.00 – $26.00
*compensation varies based on geography, skills, experience, and tenure

The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for partnering with the People Operations Team to develop and implement integrated solutions with the goal of proactively communicating any HR related needs. A successful Human Resources Generalist formulates partnerships across all HR functions in efforts to deliver value-added services that reflects the business objectives. The ideal candidate will have thorough understanding and working knowledge of the full cycle of HR processes and policies and a strong customer service focus.
Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate with Talent Aquistion on any recruitment needs for the Distribution Center, including onsite job fairs.
- Manage hiring process by sorting resumes, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and candidate communication using the Applicant Tracking System.
- Faciliate the on-boarding process and communicate relevant information to new hires.
- Complete pre-employment background check discrepancy interviews
- Answer Partner and management inquiries about HR-related issues and policies
- Support the People Operations Team by assisting with employee relation cases, such as, compiling Partner Profile and Employment History, pulling location rosters and schedules, conducting interviews, etc.
- Support the HRBP with providing guidance to management on the composing and delivery of Developmental Notices
- Assist with the implementation of new and/or revised legal regulations
- Make recommendations to streamline and improve processes within HR
- Coordinate Partner Engagement activities for the Distribution Center
- Validate and approve change PARs and term PARs
- Participate in HR projects
- Partner with HR team members in creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for HR process as needed
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Proven work experience as an HR Generalist, HR Administrator, or relevant role
- Experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS
- Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
- Strong phone, email, and in-person communication skills
