Armed Training & Compliance Manager – Full Time

Location: Denver, CO

Rate: $60,000-$65,000/YR

Securitas plays an essential role for our clients and in society. The Armed Training & Compliance Manager position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by providing lead direction to Security Officers at assigned client site. Observes and reports activities and incidents, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel. Preserves order and may act to enforce regulations and directives for the site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and premises.

As the Armed Training & Compliance Manager you will be performing a variety of management functions while providing direction to Lead Security Supervisors on requirements, priorities of work and coordinating any necessary needs of the site. If you have experience in positions like Operations Manager, Site Supervisor or Account Manager this role is a great fit for you; if not, this is an exciting introduction to a career in the security industry.

Position Requirements:

  • 21 years of age or older
  • High School Diploma or GED Required
  • Standard computer skills needed
  • Top notch customer service skills are essential
  • Must be responsible, accountable, objective, and have a strong work ethic
  • All candidates must be able to pass a drug test and background check
  • Strong written and oral presentation skills required
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills required
  • Must be a certified Glock Armorer
  • De-escalation instructor experience required
  • Valid driver’s license required
  • Must be able to successfully pass psychological screening
  • Must have Military, Law Enforcement, NRA, or other recognized Basic Pistol Instructor certification
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a full-time firearms instructor or 5 years as an additional duty / Part-time instructor required
  • Must be proficient in commonly used Microsoft Office products; specifically Word, Outlook and Excel
