This position will support key day-to-day processes such as: technical support for software and hardware, configuring Windows, Linux and Apple computers with latest software and assisting with various upgrades across the Anduril tech-fleet. You will also support in maintaining Anduril’s inventory and asset management program.
Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site and remote technical support for software and hardware
- Handle tickets in the Jira Service Management system
- License administration of end user software including but not limited to Adobe, Lucid, etc
- Identify persistent problems and recurring failures for root cause analysis
- Windows, Linux and Apple computer management
- Assist with Inventory and Asset management of all endpoint hardware
- Identify knowledge articles and SOPs for end users and internal IT
- Assist with on-going operational improvements
- Participate in or lead projects as assigned
- Participate in a weekly on-call rotation
- Able to travel when necessary
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Extremely detailed oriented
- Excellent customer service
- Experience with ticketing systems and managing a ticket queue
- Experience with MDM systems
- Excellent knowledge of PC and Apple hardware
- U.S. Person status is required as this position needs to access export-controlled data
$72,000 – $108,000 a year
