Wondery is looking for an experienced Ad Solutions Manager, B2B marketing professional to support our rapidly growing business. This person will be a member of the Integrated Marketing team, and will lead/support a wide range of marketing executions that aim to establish Wondery as the leading global podcast ad network. With an emphasis on sales enablement and content marketing, this role will be responsible for executing our marketing strategy inclusive of industry partnerships, events, thought leadership, digital and sales collateral.
This role will report to the B2B marketing team lead, and will frequently interface with sales leadership to ensure the needs of the business are being met. Key job responsibilities
* Develop and own Wondery’s digital media strategy – inclusive of paid and organic executions.
* Support tentpole industry events and campaigns (IAB Podcast Upfront, Cannes) including thought-leadership opportunities (education tools, best practices, white papers, industry trends).
* Support experiential activations for clients – from initial ideation (venue sourcing, creative ways to “break through”) to on-site execution.
* Develop and maintain the core Wondery advertising narrative; iterating with new research, insights, and company updates.
* Collaborate with Sales and Research Leads to tailor the core advertising message/narrative to specific industries or vertical.
* Assist Sales with vertical intelligence on proposal submissions and pitches by providing strategic insights (101-style presentations, showcasing the unique value of podcasting and Wondery).
* Deliver team and company updates related to new collateral and state of the podcast ads business.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
– Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
– Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
– Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
– Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– Experience in developing content and visual assets to optimize B2B marketing efforts, further connecting marketing and sales activities to revenue and retention including: case studies, explainer videos and vertical narratives.
– Experience in project ownership; managing projects from initial ideation through final delivery: including presentation development and writing.
– Knowledge of the current advertising media landscape, inclusive of podcasts.
– Experience working for a content producing company that has advertising opportunities, with an emphasis on those in the podcast or streaming space.
– Experience supporting advertising industry tentpole events – such as Upfront, Newfront, Cannes, Advertising Week, with a knowledge of how to drive interest for the event and manage both internal and external communications.
– Knowledge of the digital marketing space, with experience in developing and executing paid advertising strategies.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $87,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
