We are looking for a Program Manager for our Flex Change Management team. The role will partner closely with a broad set of stakeholders to manage multiple high profile, high impact business initiatives.
Key job responsibilities
– Drive program objectives – define business requirements, translate requirements into project plans, manage implementation activities across large group of stakeholders, develop and execute rollout plans and ongoing support.
– Scale services and tools – design processes that scale with the business’ growth in volume, complexity, and geographic dispersion.
– Identify, assess and mitigate risks, drive resolution of critical issues, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs and propose corrective actions to keep initiatives moving forward
– Collaborate and build relationships with cross functional teams to ensure seamless execution and process excellence
– Proactively identify areas for process improvement and automation, identify gaps, conduct root-cause analysis, and drive solutions
– Relentlessly advocate for DPs and strive to simplify and improve their experience and that of their drivers
About the team
The goal of the team is to introduce a structural process ahead of implementing changes to the World Wide Amazon Flex program.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– 3+ years of program or project management experience
– Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
– Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
– 3+ years of driving process improvements experience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $59,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
