Overview and Responsibilities
This is a great opportunity to be part of Paramount Global Privacy Group and work as part of a collegial and cross-functional team of privacy professionals supporting all of Paramount’s divisions globally! You will support the team’s attorneys located in New York and the UK and provide support as otherwise needed across the group.
This is a hybrid position with the expectation of working in the office (NY, Times Square) at least two days per week.
- Schedule and coordinate the planning of the Privacy Group events and outings, book conference rooms, coordinate internal and external meetings, respond to facility issues, schedule conference calls and other business appointments as well as handle travel arrangements and expense reports
- Perform various other organizational and support functions including, but not limited to, ordering office supplies, preparing presentation materials, and taking and summarizing meetings notes
- Assist in organizing and managing key privacy projects including privacy program metrics and with privacy rights management
- Maintain privacy materials on internal/external privacy portal(s)
- Conduct review of privacy materials and policies under the supervision of attorneys
- Learn about privacy laws and operations and develop skills in privacy program management
Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of equivalent work experience
- Passionate about Media and Tech and strong interest in privacy
- Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat
Additional Qualifications
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask, properly prioritize and meet deadlines. Quick turnaround time on most assignments required
- Extraordinary communication skills including, without limitation, maintaining a professional demeanor while calmly and efficiently handling a large volume of phone calls and paperwork
- Display tremendous attention to detail, initiative, and prompt responsiveness
- Ability to exercise solid business judgment and maintain confidentiality
- Highly motivated and resourceful self-starter with excellent follow-through skills
- Ability to anticipate and properly resolve administrative issues/problems without relying on senior executives’ input or direction
- Privacy experience is a plus!
- Experience working with international partners is also a big plus!

Additional Information
Hiring Salary Range: $28.85 – $33.65 per hour.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
