As a Senior Project & Program Manager, your focus will be on non-technical communications projects, working to drive cross functional teams to complete deliverables within an allotted timeline and budget. You’ll have responsibility for handling scope, quality, schedule, resources, and risk, while getting exposure to projects that are complex in nature.
This role will support the AT&T Partner Solutions organization and involves understanding the dynamics of various sales motions and communicating strategic objectives with multiple internal and external audiences. You will need to be ready to translate complex data into understandable stories to drive the delivery of our transformation goals. The ideal candidate knows how to work proactively with multiple teams and levels of leadership to drive important initiatives forward.
The projects/programs will typically be company-wide or span multiple business units and require a high level of analysis to create plans for new concepts. They will rarely follow a repeatable framework. You’ll use professional concepts as well as company objectives to evaluate situations and data to successfully navigate and solve issues along the way.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducts end-to-end project management of multiple large communication projects and may also manage sub-components of a large program.
- Identifies key internal/external stakeholders necessary for project completion and develops overall strategy for executive of high value projects/program.
- Defines project/program scope and communication objectives, guides activities of a project/program team including delegating tasks to team members, identifies resources, and establishes master timeline for deliverables.
- Develops detailed communication plans, schedules, and status reports. Conducts project/program meetings and handles project/program tracking and analysis.
- Ensures adherences to quality standards and reviews project/program deliverables.
- Manages the integration of external vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables, communicating effectively between the client/vendors/leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Journalism, Science, Business Administration or related field or equivalent experience with PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification preferred.
- Excellent communication skills; experience with graphic design and/or video editing preferred.
- Six to 8 years of experience
- Experience with data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, etc) and presentation skills.
- Experience with data manipulation (Advanced Excel, SQL etc.).
- Excellent desktop skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Access).
Qualifications:
Our Senior Project Program Manager earn between $84,900 – $141,500. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
