We’re looking for a Senior Web Strategist to join our CRO team (currently composed of a CRO Strategist and Lead, two UX Copywriters, and two Web Designers) to lead the strategic planning and execution of CRO and web projects for clients. In this role, you’re responsible for leading and managing a small web team, accountable to specific CRO and web reporting, and will work directly with account teams and clients.

Within 30 days, you’ll…
- Shadow Rebecca (CRO Strategist and Lead) on key client accounts to understand the various types of web deliverables we provide to clients and why
- Take inventory of all the Tuff CRO projects to better understand our services and value propositions
- Review our existing CRO process and internal team structure
- Meet 1<>1 with the CRO team and establish regular cadence with the internal team (Rebecca, Kelly, Sean, Arturo, and Bridget)
Within 60 days, you’ll…
- Work with various account leads and clients to develop, diagnose and optimize a web strategy for 3-5 clients that supports objectives for building high quality leads and pipeline
- Identify process improvements for the CRO and actively implement solutions
- Assess the biggest needs and pain points of Tuff clients when it comes to web strategy and outline solutions to drive maximum impact
- Provide weekly and monthly updates to clients on key website projects, reporting, and deliverables
Within 90 days, you’ll…
- Participate in core sales pitches when they involve web or CRO projects, as well as key business development opportunities
- Work with various account leads and clients to develop, diagnose and optimize a web strategy for 5-6 clients that supports objectives for building high-quality leads and pipeline
- Strengthen cross-functional accountability and collaboration for quality
- Build a strategic plan for auditing and evaluating our CRO reporting and how we articulate value to clients around web initiatives

About you:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the growth marketing space and/or fast-growing startup
- Stellar written communication skills & a natural storyteller
- Extremely familiar with Google Analytics and various customer analytics tools like Hubspot, Salesforce, Mixplane, etc
- Previous experience owning and executing against a strategic website or CRO plan
- Ability to keep a pulse on the latest trends and a natural curiosity to understand what our audience cares the most about
- Previous experience managing people and small team
