Join Aprio’s Information Technology team and you will help clients maximize their opportunities. Aprio, LLP is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for a M&A Infrastructure Manager to join their dynamic team.

As an M&A (Mergers and Acquisitions) Infrastructure Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the integration of technology infrastructure during mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a smooth transition and alignment of infrastructure systems, processes, and resources to support the organization’s strategic objectives.

Position responsibilities:

    • M&A Due Diligence: Conduct comprehensive assessments of the technology infrastructure of target companies to identify potential risks, opportunities, and integration challenges.
    • Integration Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT & Operations to develop integration plans that align with business goals and timelines. This includes defining the scope, objectives, and key milestones of the integration process.
    • Infrastructure Integration: Oversee the execution of the integration plan, ensuring the seamless integration of technology infrastructure systems, networks, data centers, applications, and hardware. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth and efficient migration and consolidation activities.
    • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks associated with infrastructure integration, such as data security, system compatibility, and operational disruptions. Develop contingency plans to address potential challenges and minimize the impact on business operations.
    • Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between various stakeholders, including senior management, department heads, and technical teams, to provide regular updates on the integration progress, challenges, and recommendations. Foster effective communication channels to address concerns and ensure alignment throughout the process.
    • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation of integration processes, activities, and outcomes.
    • Infrastructure Optimization: Collaborate with IT teams to identify opportunities for infrastructure optimization, standardization, and process improvements. Leverage best practices and industry trends to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of technology infrastructure post-integration.
    • Post-Merger Support: Provide post-merger support to ensure the stability and continuity of integrated infrastructure systems. Address any post-integration issues and facilitate knowledge transfer to internal teams.

Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
    • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL) preferred.
    • Proven experience (3+ years) in infrastructure management, IT project management, or related roles, preferably within the context of mergers and acquisitions.
    • In-depth knowledge of technology infrastructure systems, including networks, servers, storage, databases, and applications.
    • Strong understanding of M&A processes, due diligence, and integration methodologies.
    • Familiarity with risk assessment, business continuity planning, and data security principles.
    • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving efficient and effective integration processes.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and build consensus.
    • Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.

$90,000 – $160,000 a year

The salary range for this opportunity is stated above. As such, an actual salary may fall closer to one or the other end of the range, and in certain circumstances, may wind up being outside of the listed salary range.
