DESCRIPTION OF WORK
This is a senior level position that affords the opportunity to facilitate creation and maintenance of IT strategic roadmaps and planning within the Bureau of Enterprise Portfolio Management. You will also serve as the main contact for Business Relationship Managers in the commonwealth. Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment.
- Work hours are 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday – Friday, with 30-minute lunch.
- Hours of work negotiable within the office’s business hours.
- Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, two days per week telework; three days in office. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg.
- Salary: In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- Eleven years of professional information technology experience; or
- Seven years of professional information technology experience and a bachelor’s degree; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
Additional Requirements:
- Three or more years of experience leading information technology projects.
- Two or more years of experience in sales, account management, customer service management or equivalent experience.
- You must be able to perform essential job functions.
Preferred Criteria:
- BRM certification.
- Master of Business Administration degree or equivalent.
- Project Management certification.
- ITIL certification.
- Experience evaluating business and/or technical process performance and improvements.
- Information technology strategic planning experience.
- Experience conducting formal presentations.
