Sr. BI Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Business Intelligence Analyst with experience in the healthcare industry who loves deriving customer and market insights from data. The BI Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from various sources to provide insights into business performance and customer ROI. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in critical thinking, data analysis and interpretation, as well as the ability to communicate insights to stakeholders in a clear, compelling and concise manner. You are a data-driven storyteller.

Responsibilities

    • Analyze large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
    • Conduct data analysis and interpretation of healthcare data to identify areas of customer value in ROI for Commercial (Sales/Marketing), Customer Success, and Product.
    • Develop and maintain internal and external dashboards to provide self-service access to insights.
    • Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs, challenges, and goals, and provide insights that highlight value and ROI of our platform:
    • Analyze customer data to identify trends and patterns related to ROI.
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and goals related to ROI.
    • Develop and implement customer ROI measurement strategies and frameworks.
    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic recommendations.
    • Stay up to date with the latest healthcare industry trends in technology, operations and strategy as well as the latest data analysis tools and techniques and recommend new approaches as appropriate.
    • Develop interactive models to collaborate internally and externally with data input/output for demonstrated ROI or market analysis.

Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, data science, consulting statistics, and/or related fields. MBA Preferred.
    • Proven experience in data analysis and interpretation, with at least 3 years of experience in the healthcare industry as a consultant, or in a related data analysis role.
    • Effective communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team to ensure high-quality deliverables.
    • Knowledge of healthcare industry trends, strategy & technology.
    • Willingness to learn and adapt to modern technologies and tools.
    • An ideal candidate would have experience with: Power BI, SQL (Postgres), Web Analytics (GA/Adobe), Excel (incl. Pivot Tables & Macros)

$95,000 – $130,000 a year

The salary range for this role is from $95,000 to $130,000. The hired applicant will also be eligible to receive an annual bonus.Your health and well-being ensure that we all perform at our best as a team.
