Bloomfield Public Schools Seeking qualified candidates for the position of part time General Worker at Global Experience Maagnet School
Applications will continue to be accepted through Monday July 24, 2023 from qualified local candidates for the position of General Worker (3.75 hours/day – 18.75 hours /week, 9:30am to 1:15pm) at the Global Experience Magnet School
Work Year : 10 month position (180 days)
Work Day : 3.75 hours per day/18.75 hours per week (9:30am to 1:15pm)
Hourly Wage : $15.50/hour
Qualifications
And Duties : High School Diploma or Equivalent.
: In-service training as required.
: Knowledge of foods and nutrition.
: Methods and techniques of quality food cookery.
: Sanitation & HACCP procedures.
: Operation and care of institutional equipment.
: Ability to follow oral and written instructions as well as adhere to department policies and procedures.
: Knowledge of computer operations and point of sale system is preferred.
: Ability to work with figures and keep all records as directed.
: Must be free from communicable diseases and must be able to stand for long periods of time.
Must be able to withstand temperatures from 10* to 40* for up to 30 minutes.
Must have the stamina necessary for the efficient performance of duties and be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
