The Equipment Lifecycle and Implementation team is a high-performing group of partners that defines and executes equipment solutions that enable innovation, optimize financial value, and drive continuous equipment improvement into our stores. In this role you are directly helping to create the future store experience for our customers and partners.

As a senior project manager on our team, you will:

  • Drive complex, cross-functional enterprise projects leading multiple efforts simultaneously, and moving work and decisions forward
  • Pull together and leverage talent and project resources in an effective and productive way for each project
  • Understand and communicate how each project’s goals align to the business unit, functional area, and company goals and strategies
  • Enjoy working on an energetic, fun team and have a clear ability to drive the business forward as part of a highly collaborative work group, while acting in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles

We’d love to hear from people with:

  • 5 years of proven project management skills, including all elements of scope, time, cost, risk, quality, integration, and talent planning
  • 5 years of experience managing complex large-scale or multiple mid-sized projects
  • 5 years of experience building and mentoring teams
  • 5 years of experience working across functional areas to develop effective business solutions that align with company and business unit objectives
  • 2 years of experience mentoring other project managers in project management
  • A strong ability to lead through and thrive in ambiguity
  • Strong verbal, written and visual communication skills
  • Previous experience within store development and equipment implementation preferred
