Job Description
This position is eligible for a hybrid/remote work schedule. Preference for candidates to be located in the Greater Cleveland (OH) area. Expected travel for this position is 20-25%.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage cross-functional project teams to accelerate optimization of end-to-end business processes across all brands, regions, and functions in FBIN Operations & Supply Chain.
- Facilitate continuous improvement activity by mapping processes, identifying waste, and taking action in areas where opportunity exists to better satisfy customers across the enterprise.
- Contribute to the development, standardization, and training of Lean Training Materials to be used across all brands, regions, and functions within operations globally.
- Help lead training sessions around Lean tools across FBIN Operations and Supply chain on necessary and applicable tools.
- Support and enable enterprise-wide process standards and implement technology for opportunities that will drive end-to-end business value across all FBIN brands and Ops functions.
- Facilitate the development of standard key performance indicators; measure and analyze baseline performance and post optimization.
- Lead the continuous improvement of the business process optimization processes, tools, and templates to be used across FBIN and conduct benchmarks internally + externally for validation of our future state.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in continuous improvement/process development is required to include prior experience leading teams in the development of process design and process mapping and training.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience leading cross functional project teams through the project life cycle.
- Solid project management skills with a drive for results and ability to manage complexity & ambiguity.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to strategic initiatives in data and systems, collaborate across all levels of the organization, and build relationships with internal teams.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline i
- Lean certification is preferred.
The salary range for this position is $89,400-$132,770. Actual pay will vary based on qualifications and experience.
