Job Description

Sr Data Analyst/Sr Business Analyst – Enterprise Information Services – *hybrid within the Providence footprint of locations (WA, AK, CA, OR, MT, NM, NV, and TX).

The Sr Data Analyst/Sr Business Analyst plays a key role in developing, supporting, and maintaining Clinical Technology Services (CTS) processes, service platform tools (Enterprise Asset Management-EAM), and data which affect the CTS teams. The Sr Data Analyst continuously evaluates, analyzes existing data, metrics, and production support to ensure functionality and responsiveness to meet CTS operational needs. The Sr Data Analyst will work with CTS operations and strategy leaders and governance team solve service workflow issues and drive both operational needs and data efficiencies. Is comfortable working on data and operational workflow processes through all phases and in accordance with established direction and standards and assist in working through these changes. Provides continuous support and analysis for various CTS operations initiatives and processes and be the liaison between the EAM vendor and internal teams when platform/application updates occur. Must be able to communicate effectively across diverse groups and keep management informed appropriately.

Required Qualifications:

  • Coursework/Training Graduation from an Bachelor’s Degree Data Management, MIS, Strategy, Policy Administration, and/or other data-related or compliance fields. Or equivalent educ/experience
  • 3 years Proven experience documenting technical user requirements in a clinical/operational setting.
  • 3 years Experience documenting workflow and driving change management.
  • 3 years Participation in Data Governance/Analytics Program.
  • 6 years Enterprise Data Warehouse and/or Master Data Management (MDM) – functional and/or technical experiences.
  • Experience writing policies and procedures and diagram workflows.
  • Experience with enterprise source systems and of systems that consume master and reference data, including CRM, ERP and Data Warehouse/Business Intelligence.
  • Experience in dealing metadata and reference data software packages, and architecture.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3-years / SQL database software application including project-based work with internal Business Partners.
  • 2-years / Computerized Maintenance Management Software (CMMS) or Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) platforms, preferably Maintenance Connection and/or Nuvolo.
  • 2-years / Healthcare experience, preferably service support related.
  • 1-year / Relevant experience in one or more of the following areas:

Technology or Healthcare/medical device technology
Customer Service or service coordination

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
