Position Summary: The Comedy Ticketing Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the ticketing team with show builds, ongoing show maintenance as well as compiling and issuing daily ticket counts to various departments, department heads and artist management teams. This position will process and reconcile internal orders, both comp and purchased, as well as facilitate external orders for artists, agents and record labels as needed. The Ticketing Coordinator will perform other duties as assigned. Essential Functions:

  • Assist other touring team members with day-to-day inventory management of events.
  • Compile and distribute ticket counts to department heads, producers, production, operations and other departments daily.
  • Process internal orders or comp requests from agents, artists, labels and employees for upcoming events.
  • Collaborate with other members of the ticketing staff on the creation of events within the ticketing system.
  • Responsible for general administrative tasks including, filing, data entry, faxing and scanning.
  • Performs other departmental duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum education level of: High School Diploma or its equivalency
  • 2-4 years of related work experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Professional; and ability to learn required business systems
  • Experience working in customer service
  • Must be organized, detail-oriented and self-motivated
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends and some holidays
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiarity with ticketing platforms

Pay Scale: $19.56- $28.53 AEG reserves the right to change or modify the employee’s job description whether orally or in writing, at any time during the employment relationship. AEG may require an employee to perform duties outside his/her normal description.
