For 80 years, we have been one of upstate New York’s largest providers of programs and services for individuals who have disabilities. Many of the innovative programs and vital services that we offer are not available elsewhere.
We are looking for a HR Administrative Coordinator to join our Human Resources Team. This position will be based out of our Albany, NY location.
The HR Administrative Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day administrative activities for the Human Resource department. This position interacts and communicates effectively with all levels of staff and management, as well as external organizations and vendors.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for performing a range of clerical and administrative tasks to support the daily operations within the HR department
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence including emails, faxes and mail
- Administers Employee badge system
- Maintains Kronos time and attendance
- Maintains budget and inventory for supplies
- Assists with billing and coding of invoices
- This is an “in office” position
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required, Associate’s degree is preferred
- At least 2 year(s) of related experience, specifically in Office Management, HR environment preferred
- Notary Public preferred
- Strong knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Excellent verbal and written communications
- Ability to work with highly confidential information
The compensation range for this position is $21.00 – $23.00. Rate of pay is commensurate on experience.
