Job description:
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain Dashboards and Interactive reports using Tableau CRM(CRM Analytics) and/or Tableau in enterprise data warehouses.
- Develop and provide enablement/training of the dashboards to various teams.
- Responsible for supporting existing and new dashboards.
- Partner with the product team to understand business needs for insights & analytics.
- Develop and maintain thorough system documentation and training materials related to software and hardware used for visualization.
- Able to identify incomplete data, improve quality of data and integrate data from several data sources.
- Collaborate with Analysts and developers on the efficient use of visualization tools and how those technologies can be applied to effective data visualization applications.
- Engage with product owners to drive features and function requests back into the vendor for inclusion in the product(s).
Job Requirements
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering , Statistics or equivalent/related degree.
- 3-5 years of Data Visualization experience using CRM Analytics (Aka TableauCRM, Einstein Analytics etc..).
- Ability to quickly learn and gain deep understanding of SFDC business processes. Experience in Marketing Analytics (Lead management, Pipe metrics, Events/Campaigns etc..) a huge plus.
- Expert in CRM Analytics or Tableau business and development standards and best practices related to reports, lenses, dashboards and all related objects.
- Expert in the visual representation of complex information for driving business impact.
- Subject Matter Expert and Evangelist on enterprise data, visualization, data analysis, data modeling, SQL constructs and workload management.
- Experience with one or more database management tools like Oracle, BigQuery, Snowflake etc.
- Ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks in a highly dynamic environment with a result oriented mindset.
- Detail oriented with proven analytical, problem identification and resolution skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a semi-structured and fast-paced environment, and have a high degree of self-management with clear communication and commitment to delivery timelines.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $90,000 – $130,000 p.a. depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
