Description:
As a member of the Identity Assess Management (IAM) program team, the Program Business Analyst is accountable for participating in the successful delivery of products and solutions supporting the IAM Program.
The successful candidate will develop a productive partnership with technology product owners, business stakeholders, and technical team members. They will more specifically be responsible for producing, grooming, prioritizing, and overall timely management of the requirements backlog as well as developing user acceptance criteria. They will assist in business adoption/change management activities and analyzing/reporting on the impact of introduced solutions on the business.
Responsibilities
• Gather requirements for projects by conducting interviews, work flow analysis, process analysis, and observation sessions
• Work with the delivery teams to define technical functional requirements and user stories including defining the goal, user scenarios, business objectives and logic needed for the solution
• Produce clear and concise workflow documents to drive balanced solutions that consider people, process and technology components
• Evaluate information from multiple sources and help distinguish user requests from user needs
• Interface with all levels of internal clients and analyze current business and software development processes
• Facilitate and clarify customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
• Foster Agile principles and methods for requirements gathering and adhere to Agile development methodology best practice
• Define precise and accurate Epics, User Stories, User Story acceptance criteria that will be used by technical teams and by product owners to ensure that product owner intent is effectively captured
• Collaborate to develop user acceptance testing (UAT) specifications
• Work with the Program/Project Managers to help facilitate and ensure successful user acceptance testing and release/deployment plans

Basic Qualifications:
• 10+ years of experience performing business analysis for large programs and projects
• 5+ years of experience using Agile SCRUM methodology
• Experience in working with both agile & waterfall methodologies
• Ability to analyze data and present outcomes in a way for the management team to easily comprehend results
• Ability to gather, analyze, prioritize, and present requirements
• Should be a fast learner and must be able to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Extremely detailed oriented with high quality standards
• Ability to build relationships and influence to create a positive outcome
• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office and JIRA, Confluence, Slack
