Job Description

  • We are looking for a Project Manager to provide holistic, stem to stern Project Leadership for multiple, simultaneous, omni-channel campaigns and tactics of varying budgets. In this role you will:
  • Maintain a seat at the table, being engaged in internal and external client meetings and/or calls, adding value and input
  • Own communication with client including timing, budget, revisions, next steps, and other aspects of the Project Leadership function
  • Manage and maintain relationship with multiple clients of varying sizes and levels of required support
  • Lead in driving implementation and adaptation to process changes of agency processes and tools, providing feedback and suggestions for improvement
  • Understand how to utilize Saatchi & Saatchi X resources, ensuring that proper representation is brought together for work/projects
  • Build and manage strong, collaborative internal relationships across all functions and departments
  • Foresee and respond to potential problems or issues quickly, partnering with appropriate cross-functional team members to proactively solve
  • Proactively coach the cross functional team and our client partners in systems and processes to positively impact the work
  • Demonstrate ability to view the work through a strategic lens from a Project Leadership standpoint in order to optimize Account partnership
  • Accurately determine scope and timing of projects based on client briefings and partnership with Account lead
  • Holistically own assigned team’s financial management, demonstrating complete understanding internal and client billing processes (including varying client billing requirements and implications)
  • Facilitate creation of internal budgets and estimates including agency fees and outside costs (may be provided by cross functional team) for Account Leadership review and approval prior to client review
  • Identify all tactics within an activation plan to be accurately scoped and budgeted for client review
  • Actively and regularly monitor scope of work and quote vs actuals to identify when change in direction, scope, etc. will affect production time and costs, warranting consideration of a change order, presenting to Account Leadership for direction
  • Provide real time status updates on scope, timing, costs, and next steps, keeping the internal team and client informed at all times via job alerts, emails, and status meetings
  • Coordinate details and schedules of all projects with Capacity Management to ensure appropriate resources are allocated to the work
  • Project manage all assigned jobs stem to stern to ensure each milestone is completed, proactively managing and updating schedules within system as project evolves
  • Manage deliverables and processes for photo shoots, video shoots, voiceover recording, editing, etc.
  • Manage all areas of timelines and deliverables with Project Leadership-owned vendors including MSAs and SOWs
  • Coordinate and facilitate internal project alignment meetings, ensuring cross-functional team is aware of scope, timing, costs, and next steps at all times
  • Engage appropriate cross-functional team members across jobs throughout the life of the project as relevant to the work
  • Own maintaining a thorough documentation of communication, timing, and attachments for all projects in proper Saatchi & Saatchi X systems throughout the life of the job
  • Maintain a three-day a week in office presence. Our goal for time in the office is to create environments that maintain flexibility while enabling more in-person connection. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or a related field
  • 3+ years agency experience or has demonstrated the knowledge base and skill sets of duties and responsibilities as described above.
  • Previous agency experience strongly preffered
  • Demonstrate excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Possess strong process and operational attributes- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to hold others accountable (cross-functionally)
  • Demonstrates mastery in entire Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, OneNote, Word, etc.)
  • Ability to travel (up to 25%)

Compensation Range: $58,500- $72,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
