Hiring timeline for this job: 2 to 4 weeks
Requirements: Must pass North Carolina real estate exam and hold an active real estate license. Must be 18 years old and have driver’s license.
Responsibilities: Showing properties and working with buyers. Marketing properties and working with sellers. Research local real estate market. Phone duty answering phones for new business. Determine appropriate home and land prices. Identify key selling points. Negotiating contracts. Add homes to MLS and other sites. Continued training and education.
Skills/Qualifications: Excellent people skills is a must. Understanding the Customer-s needs and goals, Problem Solving, Well versed in real estate law and rules, ability to work independently, motivated to meet sales goals, professionalism.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Sales Commission: $50,000.00 – $300,000.00 per year
