Senior RPA Engineer (Remote)

Job Description

We currently have an opportunity for a Senior RPA Engineer to join our IT team in our Canton, MA office or remotely nationwide. The Senior Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Engineer will be responsible for the RPA process initiatives. This role will work closely with business stakeholders to design and implement automation solutions using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) technologies to create and optimize workflow processes. The Sr. RPA Engineer will identify potential process efficiencies across the organization by process mining, documenting, developing, and testing RPA solutions. Lastly, the RPA team will be supporting the business and IT in removing repetitive manual tasks leveraging process automation solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrates experience in systems design and a solid understanding of development, quality assurance and integration methodologies
  • Collaborate with business partners to understand requirements, workflow and process that will be documented and automated
  • Design, develop, and test automation workflows using RPA platform (i.e., UiPath, Automation Anywhere)
  • Establishes the standards (as necessary) and ensures adherence for source code management, deployment, monitoring and reporting of all automation solutions.
  • Accountable for the creation of technical and user guide documentation.

Requirements:

  • Excellent problem solving/analytical skills and complex troubleshooting methods.
  • Accountable for producing technical design and process flow documentation and present to both technology and business stakeholders.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of overall technology experience with 3-5 years of experience in any programming language i.e., C/C++, Python, VB Script, Ruby, Java, JS, .Net.
  • Experience consuming REST and SOAP APIs
  • Experience with Databases SQL or NoSQL
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience with automation tooling and RPA platforms such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, etc.
  • Business or Insurance operational background and knowledge a plus

Our salary ranges are determined by many factors including location, role, experience and skillset of the candidate. The following ranges displayed reflect the target base salary for new hires but your recruiter will share more specific compensation information with you during the hiring process. The typical base salary range for this position is: $90,000 – $127,000, based on the factors aforementioned. For candidates located in San Francisco, CA; Hoboken, NJ; and the New York City metro area, the base salary range is $114,000 – $133,000.
