Remote Position
The Design Specialist- Non Grat schedules duties and is responsible for managing the time and resources to ensure work/ projects are completed on time.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with Supervisors and Coordinators to establish schedules and plans that allocate available resources to best serve client or customer needs.
- Provides existing residential customers with pricing for Disconnect/Reconnection of Electric Service Laterals
- Acts as a primary contact for builders or customers and serves as a liaison between them and operating company
- Communicates with builders and customers via phone and email correspondence
- Interprets and analyzes drawings, diagrams, and maps
- Integrates new jobs with multiple scheduling regions; coordinates availability of materials, supplies, equipment, and staff as needed to meet delivery dates.
- Performs other related duties, as required.
Success Factors:
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat Professional.
- Ability to identify potential conflicts and constraints to the construction project and provide recommendations to mitigate potential delays.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing. Experience in preparing correspondence, written reports, and in briefing management personnel.

- Great Attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Electric Utility industry experience highly preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience and Education:
- HS Diploma or GED
- 1+ Year Scheduling experience is preferred
- Two (2) years customer service experience is required
Additional Requirements/Licenses/Certifications:
- Possession of a valid State of Residence Driver’s License is required.
- Candidates must pass criminal and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) background checks and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
