Office Administrator II

Summary

  • The Office Administrator II serves to assist the Office Manager with all administrative support activities. Will assist the PM and other leadership team members in executing the requirements of the program. The OA is responsible for preparing reports, presentations, memorandums, proposals and correspondence, and tracking office supply inventory and approving supply orders, and preparing the Contract Deliverables Requirements List (CDRL) requirements ensuring on time delivery of all CDRLs. The OA II will communicate with the Office Administrator I and assist that position as required, and all operational issues that are systemic across the contract or specific to a site.
  • The compensation for this position is $20.29/hour.

Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of administrative functions for the CGP CDC Program Management Office to include, but not limited to:
  • Provide customer service
  • Manage uniform program
  • Collect and review uniform requests
  • Place replacement and new personnel uniform orders
  • Distribute orders
  • Track uniform and gear inventories
  • Manage office supplies and other procurement orders
  • Place supply orders as needed
  • Track supply inventories
  • Submit daily parking citations
  • Collect and Scan Semi-Monthly Timesheets
  • Maintain Smartcard, People Processing and Certificate Rosters
  • Submit renewal request to Security Services Office
  • Assist Training Manager as needed for filing and other tasks as required
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Have no record or history of illegal drug use, sale, possession, or manufacture during the previous five years.
  • Must be able to pass a Background Check (DOJ Security Risk Assessment) prior to assignment.
  • Preferred: Associates Degree or Higher. High school diploma and a minimum of three years’ experience in a similar setting supporting several people simultaneously, required.
  • In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification document form upon hire.
  • Minimum of 6 months experience in office administrative duties.
