This role includes project management and content analysis with visualization to support standing up taxonomy of standards and the future of Operational Excellence. The ability to understand current state of standards, strategic project problem solving efforts and guiding the team through complex and ambiguous issues. Identify creative approaches to develop new insights. Acts proactively, contributes to the end-to-end success of the program, thinks beyond the next step, and leads with a curiosity-mindset.

As a sr project manager, you will…
• Manage Complex Projects – Ability to manage competing priorities and adjust to changes in scope/priority with a positive & productive attitude. Leading project teams in the development and implementation of large-scale changes in the North America retail stores by managing all elements of the project (scope, time, cost, risk, resourcing, communications).
• Design Business Process – You will analyze problems, identify issues, summarize findings, recommend courses of actions, and lead the project team in designing & implementing new processes.
• Advance the Role of a Project Manager – Contribute to the development of standards, processes, tools and training to support the development of core project management competencies in Ops Services, based on industry & SSC best practices. Connect with other PMs across the building to drive consistency in capability across the enterprise.
• Courage & Influence – Build relationships with stakeholders to provide strategic and tactical advice on program/project planning and execution. Not afraid to challenge the status quo and face the tough conversations when projects may not be meeting the deliverables.
• Mentor & Train – Mentor partners who are looking to grow their skills in how to effectively manage projects. Teach & train partners who are not project managers but looking to develop new skill sets.

We’d love to hear from people with:
• Progressive experience in program and project management using industry-recognized methodologies (waterfall, HCD, etc) (5+ years)
• Collaborating across functional teams to develop solutions (5+ years)
• Success in implementing change (5+ years)
• Requirements gathering and analysis experience (5+ years)
• Strong problem solving and analytical skill
• Ability to communicate to diverse audience
• Project management certifications strongly preferred

This sr. project manager will be located in Seattle, if you live in the greater Seattle area, we offer a flexible workplace that allows for hybrid work. Partners can work remotely up to two days per week.
