Job Description:
General Dynamics Information Technology, a world leader in Defense IT Systems Integration and Services is seeking Senior Program Analyst to join its Army modernization team. This position will be for full time employment and will oversee and manage GDIT’s infrastructure buildout Integrated Master Schedule to implement mission requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Serves as the Senior Program Analyst for staffing for program and follow-on related task orders.
- Tracking staff onboarding status through transition and providing daily reports to the Transition Manager and the PMO.
- Maintains staffing metrics for program, and provides weekly updates to management to include vacancies, hires, labor categories, resignations, removals, and other staffing data.
- Participates in weekly staffing meetings, assigns priorities to the recruiting team and other staff.
- Schedules regular meetings with program manager to triage staffing needs for their programs.
- Serves as a liaison between corporate recruiting team and program management team.
- Manages staffing processes within the human capital database, and create requisitions as needed to appropriately staff the program.
- Collaborates and works closely with other functions to include Contracts, Subcontracts, Security, Human Resources and Finance.
- Schedules regular meetings with project managers to triage staffing needs for their projects.
- Drives business operations by monitoring the progress of projects, tasks, requisitions, offers, proposals etc.
- Ensures staffing tracking tool is accurate and up to date.
- Prescreen the resumes after HR recruiting does to be the final eyes before sending resumes of the hiring manager.
- Communicate with the subcontractors to ensure there is no conflict hiring incumbents between subcontractor companies.
- Manage staffing sending openings to the subs.
- Creates staffing matrices and builds resumes for proposal efforts as assigned. Reviews future project requirements and develops strategies for future work.
- Coordinate development of staffing deliverables and products. Ensures quality of staffing product deliverables.
- Participates in special projects as required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: bachelor’s degree from an accredited institute in Business related discipline .
- 5-8 years’ experience as managing staffing and clearances coordinating with Human Relations and Security to ensure the program is staffed to required level and cleared on a infrastructure build out or engineering team.
- At least 2 years of HR or staffing focused experience.
- Must have an active DoD Secret Interim security clearance.

The likely salary range for this position is $69,722 – $116,438, this is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary; rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
