Walmart Commerce Technologies is recruiting for a success-driven Mid-Market Account Executive (AE) who can help grow our customer base. The AE will deliver innovative retail SaaS (SOFTWARE AS A SERVICE) solutions to retailers to help them improve their margins and accelerate their growth. Retail is changing, and there is a lot of pressure to adapt quickly and serve customers where, when, and how they shop. - Partnering with our product, operations, engineering, and 3rd party providers during the sales cycle to help demonstrate our solutions’ specific value to our clients
- Finding and engaging the right retailers that could leverage our portfolio of products
- Communicating clearly and frequently with key stakeholders to update the teams and highlight risks that could impact a deal and successful delivery
- Building rapport and strong customer relationships from the executive level down
- Being a trusted advisor to prospective customer by understanding their business initiatives to effectively address their challenges and goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of experience in Software Sales
- Experience in working with retail customers
- History of consistently hitting quota over $1M ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) per year
- Experience using CRM software daily

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam’s Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $97,500.00-$162,500.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives.
Additional compensation for certain positions may also include:
– Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location)
– Stock equity incentives

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field and 1 year’s experience in project management or related field OR 3 years’ experience in project
