We are seeking a highly motivated and self-directed Project Manager who will be accountable for managing a variety of projects across the organization that directly support cross-functional strategic priorities. These projects vary in scope, size and complexity based on business need. The Project Manager will partner with stakeholders and core leaders at every level of the PS&D organization to complete projects that achieve organizational goals, objectives, and desired outcomes. The Project Manager provides coaching and best practice sharing across teams to build project management capacity and will have a focus on creating consistent use of tools and workflows in achievement of defined KPIs.

The Project Manager will have strong attention to detail, critical analysis, and problem-solving skills. He/she will demonstrate a high commitment to quality and will have the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The position reports to the Chief, Brand and Partner Development and is expected to work collaboratively across all areas of the organization for successful project development and execution.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree. Or equivalent educ/experience.
  • 5 years Like-minded roles.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree.
  • 3 years Planning, executing or supporting events, marketing, brand promotion, recruitment or sales development.

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
