Senior Medical Records Clerk – Health Information Mgt. Department at Kadlec Regional Medical Center in Richland, WA
Under the general direction of the Manager, Health Information, or designee, processes a variety of patient records to support the department’s mission to secure and maintain accurate patient health information. Tasks include Customer service both face to face and telephone or correspondence, document capture processing, health information report routing, release of information (ROI), data abstracting and reporting to external entities, maintaining logs, and functions related to billing and collections for ROI.

Shift Details:
- Full time, 40 hours a week, day shift
Preferred qualifications:
- Associate degree
- 2 years Customer support experience.
- 2 years Working with personal desktop computers, printers.
- 1 year Health Information Management or equivalent related health care setting.
- Experience with electronic patient health systems.
- Familiar with medical terminologies

The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
