The mission of the Allied Brands Team is to drive incremental Topline Growth with brand partnerships that satisfy evolving consumer needs, and are complementary to the PepsiCo portfolio

We do this by:

  • Delivering best-in-class relationship management support
  • Leading and influencing the development of brand strategies that will drive the future success of partner brands within PBNA
  • Partnering with Divisions to drive superior execution and sustainable growth across Allied Brands

Allied Brand team members play an active role across supply chain, legal, finance, revenue management, CCO, strategy, PEP brand and Division teams in driving innovation and execution metrics across Divisions.

Responsibilities

The Sales Associate Analyst will work with members of the Allied Brands team to achieve sales growth and volume objectives. This will be achieved through the following key areas:

  • Building effective relationships: partner with Allied Brand Partners to deliver outstanding customer-based execution of tactical programs
  • Lead scorecard management and development including, but not limited to Category Insight, Innovation Tracking, Business Reviews, competitive overview and contractual elements
  • Develop analytical reporting inclusive of IRI external reporting and internal systems. Excel power user to support team goals in simplifying reporting, identifying regional and customer opportunities to meet and accelerate business objectives
  • Support the team in handling the creation of Commercialization Materials (IMS documents) that drive the innovation processes
  • Responsible for partnering with the Division Innovation teams to develop accurate innovation forecasts, support the GIFT planning process, and track and measure results
  • Ad hoc reporting to support the Allied Team from a business results perspective. Ability to flex work and schedule to accommodate needs of the broader team, based on current projects and business needs.
  • Assisting in delivery of planned net revenue, trade spend and MC objectives, in a manner that is consistent with the strategic direction for the business

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Ideally, 2-3 Years DSD (Sales or Operations) Experience (Field Sales, Customer Service, Delivery Operations, Supply Chain); Interaction and understanding of Demand Planning & Supply Chain
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to understand and translate delivery performance, & identify opportunity & risks
  • Creative Problem Solving: identifying new ways to address issues and developing efficient solutions
  • Support Systems Literacy: Computer literacy, Excel, Power Point, Word, willingness and ability to learn/quickly adapt to other internal support systems – ERT, IRI, Tableau, Daily Sales
  • Communication Skills: Communication across all formats (meetings, presentation, conference, planning
  • session, weekly calls, direct communication with field, etc.)
  • Negotiating/Influencing/Relationships: builds and maintain relationships by leveraging strong communication and collaboration skills with PBC regions, Franchise bottlers, and Customer
  • Time Management/Organization: Solid capability to manage and prioritize schedule
  • Strong Project Management Skills: follow up, follow through, accountability, sense of urgency, rules of road driven
  • Independent & motivated individual; ability to receive direction and convert into an action plan with coaching and feedback
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States

Compensation and Benefits

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $56,900 to $95,300 based on a full-time schedule
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement
