SEIT SDA O&I / GMI I&T Engineer

Contract Position
$99.14/Hour
This position is supporting the next generation in developing mission critical systems for our national defense. You would be a part of creating the most effective and state of the art technologies for Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance supporting the Army, Navy, Air Force, Special Forces, and other Federal Government agencies working with our military.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy the state-of-the-art ground operational system.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field combined with 10 + years of relevant work experience; or Master’s Degree combined with 8 + years of relevant work experience.
- Ability to Obtain TS/SCI Clearance
- Agile experience preferred.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with notable record of securing buy-in on concepts and ideas
- Experienced in the art of negotiation with ability to meet challenging customer requirements with win-win solutions
- Commitment to ongoing professional development for yourself and others
- DevSecOps experience with some of the following platform/tools:
- AWS
- GitLab
- Kubernetes
- Docker
- Jenkins
- Ansible
- Terraform
- CI/CD pipeline development
- Test automation
- Missile Warning/Missile Tracking system integration, test, operations experience
- Familiar with Agile philosophies and processes
