We are looking for a talented planner who understands brick and mortar retail and the importance of Visual Merchandising and inventory planning as it relates to the customer experience.
Key job responsibilities
* Lead and build the strategy for how we use our 1P VM tools as we scale and iterate the concept.
* Be able to work iteratively on improving current KPIs, processes and tools while also setting a long term vision to scale merchandising.
* Partner with internal teams including VM, BI, product, tech, category and inventory management
* Identify opportunities for automation/ scale to improve processes and productivity, in order to support an organization that must scale at a rapid pace
* Refine marketing KPIs and present results and learnings in weekly, monthly, and quarterly Business Review meetings to key internal stakeholders and executives
* Deliver strong topline results

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– 3+ years of program or project management experience
– 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
– Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
– Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
– Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
– 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
– 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
– Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
– Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $59,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market.
