The Tech Workforce Planner is responsible for conducting training in the context of training programs, in order to meet regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:
• Carry out, lead, and document training sessions given to employees.
• Assist in following up on training sessions and training files in order to assess employee’s learning.
• Act as a resource person for new employees to ensure that procedures are adhered to and that work is of quality.
• Communicate information to the management in order to increase operational efficiency.
• Participate in developing and modifying training.
• May assist in analyzing short-term training needs according to the development of the operational sector.
• Draft documents related to specific projects training and revise SOPs.
• Perform technical activities related to his field of expertise.
• May manage learning management system.
• Help to prepare and review documents during regulatory agency visits.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience including clinical information systems data management and reports.
  • Must demonstrate excellent computer skills, especially in the utilization of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and clinical software.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, both written and spoken, with an ability to inform, influence, convince, and persuade
  • Experience in a regulatory context will be considered an asset
  • Ability to travel as necessary

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $42,300 to $79,900. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role.
