Senior Manager, Service Design – People Experience

What will you do
The Sr. Manager, Service Design – People Experience is responsible for engaging human-centered, purpose-led and design thinking processes, you will help build a cross-functional innovation team in the development of end-to-end employee experiences across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- You are intimately familiar with the process of design thinking and are comfortable prototyping to inform ideation, iteration, and prioritization of ideas.
- You are comfortable planning and facilitating ideation and prioritization work sessions with cross-functional leaders – embedding Design Thinking methodology across the organization.
- You possess a deep understanding of human-centered, need-finding design processes.
- You craft strategies, stories and journeys that define the foundation of delightful experiences.
- You have deep and demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams through the ambiguous process of innovation.
- You have experience leading a team of designers from concept to launch of new digital and/or service experiences.
- You have experience collaborating with technical experts on the design and launch of feasible digital experiences.
- You can manage a team of designers through all phases of design projects
- You are a strong advocate for and implement environmentally conscious design solutions.
- You are a champion of DEI goals and actively recruit and drive diversity within teams.
- You inspire creativity among fellow designers, and possess an enthusiasm to learn new design methods, techniques, and software.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Ethnography, Psychology, or comparable experience in a related field
- A minimum of 8 years in design-led innovation and/or directly related experience
- Proven record leading cross-functional design teams through concept development, refinement, validation and establishing a roadmap and operational plan for operational launch
- Experience leading a team of designers from concept to launch of new digital and/or service experiences
- An active interest and knowledgeable understanding of developing holistic experiences and addressing business needs through design
- Excellent synthesis, framework development and communication skills
- Ability to communicate complex and critical ideas simply, with tight focus and clarity to both internal and external partners
- Superior organizational skills
- An inspired attention to detail and exceptional follow-up and follow-through

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $113,000 – $195,500
