Lead Product Consultant xStore DevOps

Role
• Hands on experience in Xstore, Xenvironment, Eftlink, Xcenter.
• Xstore/ pos deployment experience. Knowledge to install, upgrade, update xstore builds.
• Xstore configurations and table structure.
• Basic troubleshooting skills of hardware related issues eg, PINPAD, printer, scanner etc.
• Functional knowledge of POS and day to day operations.
• Powershell, puppet scripting knowledge and understanding of code logic.
• Analyse xstore, eftlink, pinpad logs.
• Understanding of payment processing system, broadcasting mechanism.
• Troubleshooting of Xstore machine setup issues.
• Understanding of xstore dataloader functionality (MNT/ DAT file format)
Must Have Skills
Oracle xStore POS, xEnvironment, xCenter, xAdmin, JIRA,
Good To Have Skills
Puppet, Foreman and AWS knowledge are added advantage.

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $ 114,365 – 127,538 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
